This page describes how the MemeKick application handles location-related data.

1. Overview

The MemeKick application does not currently require or request access to your device's precise location (GPS) for its core functionality.

2. Approximate Location

We may infer an approximate region (such as country) from your IP address for the purposes of (a) localization, (b) regulatory compliance, and (c) service availability. This is not precise location data.

3. Future Features

If we introduce features that require precise location data in the future, the application will explicitly request your permission via the iOS system prompt. You may grant or deny permission at any time in your device Settings.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service may use third-party analytics that derive approximate location from network signals. Such services are governed by their own privacy policies.

5. Your Controls

You can manage location permissions for the MemeKick app at any time via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services.
