A connected wallet remains linked to your account until you delete your account; you may change to a different wallet at any time.

9. Account Deletion and Data Retention
9.1 How to Delete Your Account
You may request deletion of your account at any time via the account settings in the MemeKick app. Upon submission, your account will be deactivated immediately and your profile and content will be hidden from other users. You will have a 30-day grace period during which you may reactivate your account by logging in. After 30 days, deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
9.2 Personal Information Deleted
After the 30-day grace period, we will permanently delete your personal identifying information, including your display name, email address, profile image, bio, authentication tokens, push notification tokens, and any wallet address linked to your account.
9.3 Anonymized Data That Remains
Some content you contributed may be retained in anonymized form — with all personal identifiers removed — where it is part of the shared community record:
- Titles you wrote on other users' memes will remain on the Service with the author shown as "Deleted user." Titles form part of the community history of a meme and are not removed upon account deletion.
- Memes you uploaded that received titles from other users will remain with the uploader information removed.
- Picks you cast will remain in anonymized form to preserve the accuracy of title rankings.
Memes you uploaded that received no community activity (no titles from other users) will be deleted along with their associated media files.
9.4 Blockchain Data
On-chain records — including item registrations, transfers, and Kick settlements — are immutable by the nature of blockchain technology and cannot be deleted by Uni-X, Inc. or any other party. Deleting your account does not affect on-chain records. Media files linked to on-chain items held by other users will be retained to preserve the integrity of those records.
9.5 Data We Are Required to Retain
Regardless of account deletion, we retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate operational purposes:
- Payment and settlement records for up to 5 years, for tax and accounting compliance;
- Records of reports or Terms of Service violations, to prevent abuse upon re-registration;
- Any data we are legally required to retain by court order or applicable regulation.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
